Welcome to Garuda303 ("the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between Garuda303 and any individual ("User", "you", "your") who accesses, registers on, or uses the services offered through the Garuda303 platform at garuda303.cam.

Garuda303 operates an online gaming and sports betting platform providing services including, but not limited to, live casino, slot games, sports wagering, live football betting, lottery, and arcade games. Our services are made available to eligible players across Malaysia, including those residing in Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Johor Bahru, Petaling Jaya, Shah Alam, and other locations throughout the country.

By accessing the Platform or creating a Garuda303 account, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.

In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on the Garuda303 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. Garuda303 strictly enforces a minimum age of 21 for all players. This threshold applies universally to all gaming and betting activities on the Platform.
• You are a natural person (not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity).
• You are legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.
• You are not located in, or accessing the Platform from, a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or nominee for any third party.
• You have not previously had an Account terminated by Garuda303 for breach of these Terms.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of Garuda303 or any of its affiliated companies, or an immediate family member of any such person.

Each User is permitted to hold only one (1) Account on the Garuda303 Platform at any time. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.

When registering an Account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid Malaysian phone number. You further agree to promptly update such information if it changes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share, disclose, or transfer your Account credentials to any third party. All activities conducted under your Account will be deemed to be your own and you will be held fully responsible for them.

Upon registration, Garuda303 may request KYC documentation, including a copy of your MyKad, passport, or other government-issued identity document, alongside proof of address and, where applicable, proof of the payment method used. KYC completion may be required before withdrawals are processed.

By using the Garuda303 Platform, you agree to the following conditions of use:

• You will use the Platform exclusively for lawful, personal entertainment purposes.
• You will not use any software, device, or method to gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other players, including but not limited to bots, automated tools, or artificial intelligence systems.
• You acknowledge that all gaming and betting outcomes are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) systems, or by the actual results of sporting events, and that Garuda303 does not manipulate outcomes.
• You accept that the Platform may experience downtime, maintenance windows, or technical disruptions, and that Garuda303 shall not be liable for losses directly attributable to such interruptions.
• You agree not to reverse-engineer, copy, adapt, or reproduce any element of the Platform's software, design, or content.
• You will conduct yourself respectfully in any Platform communication channels and will not use abusive, threatening, or offensive language towards Garuda303 staff or other users.

Garuda303 accepts deposits via a range of Malaysian payment methods, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank online banking, Hong Leong Connect, and selected cryptocurrencies including Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), and Tether USDT TRC20.

All deposit transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise stated. Where cryptocurrency is used, the equivalent MYR value will be calculated at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply and are displayed within the Deposit section of your Account.

• Deposits are credited to your Wallet Balance upon successful confirmation from the relevant payment provider.
• Garuda303 does not charge processing fees on deposits via standard Malaysian payment methods. Network or transaction fees associated with cryptocurrency deposits are borne by the User.
• All funds deposited must originate from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Garuda303 reserves the right to reverse any deposit where the source of funds cannot be verified as belonging to the registered account holder.
• By depositing funds, you confirm that the money does not originate from any unlawful activity.

Garuda303 is committed to processing withdrawal requests promptly. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit wherever possible, in accordance with anti-money laundering best practices.

• Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. Users who have not completed identity verification may experience delays or holds on withdrawal processing.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed within the Withdrawal section of your Account. General indicative ranges are RM50 (minimum) to RM500,000 per transaction, subject to method-specific limits.
• E-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) are typically processed within 5 minutes of approval.
• DuitNow and FPX bank transfer withdrawals are typically processed within 5–15 minutes of approval.
• Direct bank transfer withdrawals may take between 15–60 minutes depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule.
• Withdrawal processing times stated above are estimates. Garuda303 does not guarantee any specific processing time and accepts no liability for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking infrastructure, or network congestion.
• Garuda303 reserves the right to request additional documentation to verify a withdrawal request before processing, in accordance with KYC and AML compliance obligations.
• Any Bonus Funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal and will be removed from your Account balance at the time of a withdrawal request.

From time to time, Garuda303 may offer bonuses, promotional credits, free bets, cashback offers, referral rewards, loyalty tier benefits, and birthday bonuses to eligible players. Each promotion is subject to specific terms that are published alongside the relevant offer.

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise. Standard wagering requirements range from 1x to 30x the bonus amount, as specified in each offer's terms.
• Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from Bonus Funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirements have been fulfilled in full.
• Only one (1) bonus may be active per Account at any given time, unless a specific promotion expressly permits otherwise.
• Garuda303 reserves the right to cancel, modify, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time, with or without prior notice, subject to applicable law.
• Bonuses are intended for individual recreational use only. Any conduct that Garuda303 determines, in its reasonable discretion, to constitute exploitation of bonus terms — including but not limited to matched betting, arbitrage, or systematic staking patterns — may result in the cancellation of the relevant bonus and, in serious cases, suspension of the Account.
• Referral bonuses under the Refer-a-Friend programme are credited upon the successful verification and qualifying deposit of the referred player. Garuda303 reserves the right to verify the authenticity of referrals and void any referral bonus found to be fraudulent.

All betting and gaming activity on the Garuda303 Platform is subject to the specific rules applicable to each game type, sport, or market. These rules are displayed within the relevant section of the Platform and form part of these Terms by reference.

• Sports Betting: Markets are offered across a wide range of sporting events including the English Premier League (EPL), UEFA Champions League, Liga Super Malaysia, UFC, Formula 1, basketball, tennis, and others. Garuda303 reserves the right to suspend, void, or cancel markets at any time where integrity concerns arise or where a result cannot be properly determined.
• Live Casino: All live casino games are operated by licensed third-party game providers. Game outcomes are determined by live dealers and physical equipment, and are entirely independent of Garuda303. In the event of a technical disruption during a live game session, bets affected by the interruption may be voided at Garuda303's discretion.
• Slots: All slot games display their published Return to Player (RTP) percentage. Garuda303 does not modify or override the RTP of any game from its published rate.
• Void Bets: A bet may be declared void if it was placed in error, at incorrect odds caused by a technical error, or on an event that was cancelled or abandoned. Voided bets are refunded to the Wallet Balance at stake value.
• The minimum and maximum stake amounts for each game type are displayed within the game interface or betting slip.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Garuda303 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one Account or facilitating others to do so.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration or KYC information.
• Using another person's identity, payment method, or funds.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or criminal activity through the Platform.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripting tools to interact with the Platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or system vulnerabilities for personal gain.
• Attempting to access the Platform from a jurisdiction where its use is prohibited.
• Engaging in any activity intended to manipulate the outcome of a sporting event on which a bet has been placed.
• Reproducing, distributing, or commercially exploiting any content from the Platform without written authorisation from Garuda303.

Garuda303 reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Where there is reasonable cause to suspect a breach of these Terms.
• Where KYC requirements have not been satisfied within a reasonable period as requested.
• Where fraudulent, deceptive, or criminal activity is suspected.
• Where Account activity is inconsistent with legitimate recreational use.
• Where required to do so by law, regulatory authority, or court order.

Upon termination for cause, Garuda303 may forfeit any Wallet Balance and Bonus Funds held in the Account. Where termination occurs due to Platform closure or at the User's own request, any verified real-money Wallet Balance will be returned to the User through their registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification.

Users wishing to close their Account voluntarily may do so by contacting the Garuda303 support team via the 24/7 live chat. Self-exclusion requests under the Responsible Gambling policy are handled separately — please refer to Section 14 and the Responsible Gambling page.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Garuda303, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable to any User for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Platform.
• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity, whether direct or indirect.
• Any disruption to services caused by factors outside Garuda303's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, third-party payment processor failures, or force majeure events.
• Any decisions made by the User in reliance upon information provided on the Platform, including odds or game statistics.
• Any losses resulting from unauthorised access to a User's Account where the User has failed to maintain adequate security of their credentials.

Nothing in these Terms limits Garuda303's liability for death or personal injury arising from its negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation.

Online gambling involves financial risk. Users acknowledge that they may lose the entirety of any funds deposited and wagered on the Platform, and that Garuda303 provides no guarantee of any return on wagering activity.

Garuda303 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering an Account and using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Garuda303 employs 256-bit SSL encryption across all data transmissions on the Platform. Player funds are held in segregated accounts, separate from Garuda303's operational funds.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with unauthorised third parties. Data may be shared with regulated payment processors (including Maybank, CIMB, Touch 'n Go, Boost, DuitNow, FPX, and cryptocurrency processors) as strictly necessary to facilitate your transactions, and with law enforcement or regulatory bodies where required by law.

Garuda303 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. The Platform is intended for entertainment only and is strictly available to users aged 21 and above. We recognise that a small number of individuals may develop problematic gambling behaviour, and we provide tools and resources to support those who need help.

The following responsible gambling tools are available to all registered users from their Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit caps may be set and adjusted from the Account dashboard.
• Session Time Reminders: Users may set duration alerts to prompt review of their gaming session length.
• Reality Checks: Pop-up notifications at set intervals displaying session duration and net wagering position.
• Self-Exclusion: Users may request a temporary or permanent account exclusion by contacting our support team via live chat. Self-exclusion takes effect within 24 hours of the confirmed request.

Garuda303 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, Garuda303 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered Users via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will reflect the most recent revision.

Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction under which Garuda303 is licensed to operate. Users accessing the Platform from Malaysia acknowledge and accept the governing framework applicable to internationally licensed online gaming operators.

In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting Garuda303's customer support team. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules applicable to Garuda303's operating jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable Malaysian consumer protection legislation.
